Effective 11 June 2025
1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
• Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you no longer want it.
• Send the item back within the next 14 days in its original, unused condition.
• We refund the item price and our standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back.
• You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns.
2. FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
• Let us know as soon as you spot a fault or receive the wrong product.
• We’ll arrange a free return and offer a repair, replacement or full refund, depending on what’s reasonable.
3. WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED
• Dress up outfits or soft toys that have been worn or used.
• Personalised items.
• Anything that can’t be resold for hygiene or safety reasons once opened.
(These rules don’t apply if the item is faulty.)
4. HOW TO RETURN
Email support@cheerfulchildrentoys.com with your order number and the item you’re sending back.
We’ll reply with a returns label (if we’re paying postage), a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and simple packing instructions.
5. REFUND SPEED
• Change of mind: processed within 5 working days of arrival at our warehouse.
• Faulty/wrong items: processed within 2 working days of confirming the issue.
