All prices are in pounds (£). You'll see the delivery charge in your basket and at checkout, before you pay.
How long it takes
- We send your order within 1–2 working days.
- It usually arrives 3–5 working days after it's been sent.
- "Working days" means Monday to Friday, not counting UK bank holidays.
These are estimates. Busy times like Black Friday and Christmas can take a little longer.

Order by Thursday 17 December 2026 for Christmas delivery.
Orders placed after this may still arrive before Christmas, but we can't promise it.

Who delivers your order
Our stock is kept in Amazon's UK warehouses. Amazon packs and sends your order for us (Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment).
- Your parcel may arrive in Amazon packaging.
- It may be delivered by Amazon or by another courier Amazon chooses.
- We'll email you when your order is on its way.
Your contract is with us, CHEERFUL CHILDREN TOYS LTD, not with Amazon. If there's a problem, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
Late, lost or damaged parcels
- Not arrived? If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.
- Lost? If your parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
- Damaged? Email us with a photo and we'll put it right. See Returns & Refunds.
We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to you (or to the safe place or neighbour you chose).
Check your address. Please make sure your delivery address is right before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We'll try to fix it, but once your order has been sent we may not be able to change it.
